In 1957, Isaiah’s grandparents started a construction business and built over 500 custom homes in Central Indiana. Because of this, Isaiah grew up around construction and continued furthering his own knowledge and experience after that. He started working in the family business building homes until his family retired. After that, he worked in various skilled trades including: home restoration, plumbing, and material sales in order to gain experience. In 2012, Isaiah opened Baker Contracting, LLC. Isaiah takes pride in the Baker name and strives to have a 100% customer satisfaction on every project.

Nate joined the Baker Team as our lead project manager. With his management experience and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, Nate is an invaluable part of our team. Nate handles all of the day to day progress to ensure that your project is running smoothly. He keeps all of our team members on task and makes sure that all of your materials are correct and delivered on time. Nate is also available to answer any questions you may have.
Sarah Dykes - Office manager
Sarah is whose face you’ll see when you stop by our office. She manages all of the day-to-day comings and goings and is always willing to help if you call with any questions or concerns regarding your current project or are inquiring about getting a quote. Sarah has been with the company for nearly 3 years and has loved building relationships with all of our clients.
Lindsay mckinney - Project sales
Lindsay joins us with 12 years of experience in sales & design in the construction industry. She is passionate about helping customers and will oversee the entire project from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction & design integrity. Lindsay will work with you to decide on your project and then help facilitate by designing your layout, helping you pick materials, and ensuring your project goes smoothly from start to finish!

Kylie is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at The Wyman Group and enjoys helping clients in all stages of the home buying, building, and remodeling stages.
